Happy IAIP New Year! My name is Katelin Onslow and I am your PA Council Director for the 2024-2025 year! I would like to thank Nicole Diley, Past Council Director, for her time and work these past 2 years. I am a member of IPNWPA (Insurance Professionals of Northwest Pa). I have served as President of the local chapter and continue my role as Past President currently. I have been Marketing chair for the last few years on the state level. I have served on national task force in the past as well as assisting in planning state council conference and regional conference for IAIP. I am looking forward to my time as your PA Council Director.

I have a few goals I would like to achieve to help grow our amazing state. 1. Increase membership throughout the state and create new local chapters. 2. Work with our members to offer any classes or continuing education that everyone may be interested in. 3. Work with our other Region 1 states in education and growing opportunities. 4. Bring back in person PA Council Conference (usually in October).

With these goals I am looking to add to my Leadership team. I am looking for anyone who is interested in chairing the following groups. Meetings are once a month for an hour. 1. Marketing Chair 2. Education Chair 3. Technology Chair 4. Treasurer Anyone who is also interesting in assisting in any goals or on the leadership board please reach out. I am always available and am always looking for new ways to grow our wonderful organization. Remember we are all here to help each other grow and learn!
