Hey guys , worrying about things that you can't control, like the economy or the state of the world around us, is pretty futile. yet we all worry about the things we cannot control.
Unfortunately those kinds of thoughts and feelings will only drain us and prevent us from utilizing our energy on the things we can control. Ironically when we focus our energy on the things that we can control, most of the time the things that we can't control seem to bother us way less, and even get better on their own.
In my video i go over how to re focus our energy on the things that are within our control.

Even though we all want to change something about ourselves , we all know how difficult it is to actually change especially in 2023, with so many modern day social media distractions around us demanding our attention. So how do you actually change? How do you actually take steps to not repeat the same cycle of getting excited to change and going right back to how we were before? And sometimes end up even worse?
My new year's 2023 video covers how to create impactful and consistent change for real.
In this short motivational video, I go over my personal recipe to create the change I want to achieve to reach the goals I want to reach, and make those changes last. This video will help you set goals and achieve them in 2023, beyond just your new years resolutions. Real tips to change for real.
