Recognized more than a few Down syndrome swimmers that for the first time the DS was included in a successful championship. The steps from INAS to VIRTUS has open posibilities for many S14’s on as ii1, ii2 and ii3 to level the competition is a very fear way. Still much work its on its way. With the eye in the goal that DS swimmers do have the opportunity to compete at the Paralympics.
