🚨🚨🚨🚨 NEW COURSE 🚨🚨🚨🚨
SHORT - All the content of the $3000 GET HIRED program in a $79 video course!
LONG - The time has finally come that I felt ready to take the approach developed in 5 years of coaching, and put it in a concise, actionable, result-oriented, course.
This course will take you through the HOW and the WHY of getting a job in tech in 2024.
It will adjust your mindset so that you keep going, and make sure you do all the right things that give you results (and don’t waste time on those that don’t).
This is not just another online course that you will passively binge, I guarantee it will put a fire under your 🍑 to get up and make the changes YOU want. It will change your outlook on how to get what you want in life.
DETAILS - The course launches on the 2nd of September. The current price is only valid for pre-registration and will become $149 the day after launch.
The market may change, or we will be overrun by AI overlords, so you may need to change your strategy. All content updates will be available without any additional costs and you will have lifetime access to it (or until the AI overlords will find my language and content too provocative).
In this course you will:
- Build a personalized strategy for you to get hired, based on your strengths.
- Learn to network and approach relevant companies and recruiters.
- Make your CV, LinkedIn, GithHub, and portfolio stand out.
- Learn to pass behavioral and technical interviews.
- Learn how to handle emotional and psychological setbacks.
- And more!

Juniors - there's a difference between TEACHING and LEARNING 🤔
Someone can TEACH you how to code...
But you can still walk away, without having LEARNED anything 😭
So I'm excited to share my most recent chat with the founder of Code For Humans , Ilya Dorman, where we explore the psychology of learning and how to get unstuck on your journey to mastery 💪
https://youtu.be/rtbREsU6V6Y
What strategies have helped you ACTUALLY LEARN how to code?
A chat about why the emotional part of learning can be so overwhelming and difficult sometimes.
This topic is not spoken about nearly enough.
How to NOT learn coding on your own! (intervew) "I feel like I’m being set up for failure"Most online courses and bootcamps know very little about the neuroscience of learning. They chew you up and spit yo...
Becoming a top-tier developer with ADHD is hard AF! 🤯
Not only we are extremely driven 🏇 but we have the hardest time bridging the gap between our high ambitions and our day-to-day life.
Truly harnessing that drive we feel deep inside.
ADHD is just a label that holds a list of traits and behaviors. Today’s science links them to genetics 🧬 and if those traits are supported and utilized properly, they are a superpower rather than a limitation.
The traits are usually:
- Strong drive and a lot of energy to invest in what you are passionate about, but the energy comes in intense bursts.
- Able to hyperfocus when the subject is interesting but completely unable to focus on repetitive and boring tasks.
- Started multiple creative passion projects but got stuck in the middle or switched to something more exciting.
- Lose patience and get frustrated quickly when not seeing results.
- Measure your results against very high standards and lose motivation quickly when realizing how far you are from them.
Those of us who have them can struggle a lot.
From the negative emotional impact they have in our day-to-day life.
From being misunderstood by the people around us.
From unable to “perform” in certain ways that we might be expected.
And much more.
I think it’s about f***ing time we destigmatize and normalize that some of us are just different.
In the words of Douglas Brackmann author of Driven
“We are haters in the age of farmers”
And we have the drive of a hunter.
We cannot sit still, wait and be patient.
We need to explore discover and accomplish.
Yet if we want to build a company or become a top-earning coder, we need to see how our nature comes to our aid rather than fighting against it.
I invite you all to a FREE online webinar in which I will show you simple and practical tools for becoming a better developer, and how to work with your ADHD traits rather than against them.
We will discuss:
- Mindfulness
- Managing expectations
- Negative thought patterns
- Managing your energy throughout the day
- Decision making and minimalism (yes, they are very connected)
- And more!
There will be an open Q&A and you will be more than welcome to participate and ask questions.
See you all soon!
The webinar will be on Thursday the 21st of October, 10am Central US time, 16pm UK time

When learning a new skill
it is not only important that you have the right, step-by-step path
It is CRUCIAL that you actually w**d out all the unrealistic expectations
that are usually promoted by the industry
For example, coding:
All this BS about
the “10x” developer
about not being able to put down your laptop
cranking out code like you are Neo
or learning a new framework in 1 day
is, again, BS paddled by slave-driving CEOs or people who want to sell you courses.
Before you go into any industry, make sure you know what is reasonable and what you should be expecting of yourself.
Real learning process is a long step-by-step route on which, each day you walk just a tiny bit more.

Getting frustrated, feeling the “imposter syndrome”? Not sure you are up for a task?
Do this.
If you are new to development, you might have a lot of challenges learning new things and handling the "imposter syndrome".
learning and becoming better at your craft has many emotional challenges that are not talked about nearly enough.
What if you have ADHD, or any kind of emotional trauma? You probably don't see yourself as this logical and focused person that you imagine a programmer should be.
Well, there is much hope, and we need to start talking way more about those things!
The Emotional Challenges in Learning Programming (ADHA and Trauma) Learning is hard. But it becomes much harder when you are labeled with ADD/ADHD or suffering from any kind of emotional trauma or (C)PTSD.There is a solutions...
The idea of learning has become completely distorted by the “education” system. We no longer follow our passion and curiosity but rather compliance and black&white testing.
How can we do differently?
