Friends of Denny's Bar in Oakland, PA

A failed attempt at stopping in to Gene's Place for a brew. I guess it was a bit too early in the day.

Does anyone have any Denny's Pictures? How is it possible that there seems to be no photographic evidence of Denny's in the 80's?

I've searched and searched. Somehow there seems to be very little photograpic evidence from Denny's back in the day. I think it might be just as well. Nonetheless, if anyone should happen to uncover some photos, please feel free to post. Cheers

For those who might be inclined to walk down memory lane... Denny's is now called Gene's Place. Gene bought it around 2004. Here's a very nice article about Gene. I stopped in with my brother, Matt a couple of years ago and had a very nice chat with Gene. Sadly, the pirhana fish tank is no longer part of the scenery. http://www.pittnews.com/node/5028

Need pictures. Any good photo-shoppers who can make some up? I don't ever recall seeing a camera in Denny's. If there was one, the only pictures being taken were probably of the Piranhas during feeding time. MMMM, goldfish sushi
