Sounds o Sangpo

The Fire, Water, Earth and Air Koshi wind chimes are gorgeous on their own or in pairs or altogether. They have a childlike playful quality to them and are deeply relaxing and uplifting.

I play the wind chimes alongside tubular bells to create some wonderful vibrations and sounds. I also use them at the end of a Reiki Sound Bath, gently helping bring you back from a deep relaxed state. I can find myself going almost trance-like as I dance and twirl around the room with them. Many clients are transported to their childhoods, to happy or sad memories and gentle transformative healing. 💜🌀🎶

People’s emotions are expressed by sound and it is often by repressing the sound of their emotions when emotional blocks are created, which can then turn into physical challenges. And we don’t want that!

I'm looking to add a gong or two to the Sounds o Sangpo family and I came across this mother of all gongs. The man barely touches it and it gets so loud. Can you imagine standing in front of it at full bloom! Wow that would really unblock your blockages!!
The green thing on a stick is a flumi, I will definitely get one, it creates the most incredible sounds.
The thing about looking for a gong you have to listen to a lot before you decide, so therapeutic and incredibly relaxing.( I did actually find a few triggering, so they are not the ones for me!) Or you find it really quickly, like I did, but I need to look around to make sure they're the right ones. it's a big commitment to add another dimension to my sound baths and sound massages for deep release and relaxation.

Feels really good to be playing.
I’ve been hanging blankets my Mum gave me from their time in Sumatra and Ghana to create an even warmer sound and a multi cultural cosy vibe. 💜😊

I am very fortunate to be involved with this wonderful retreat with lots of fabulous teachers, all on our doorstep. I believe there are places available on the September retreat. 💜☺️

Having a wee practice play with some bells and chimes to play at the beginning of my Reiki Sound Bath at the Yoga retreat coming up at The Sanctuary. 💜
I have a new comfy cushion and new crystal pyramid, B for the crown chakra. This is key to developing our connection to knowledge, expanded consciousness and wisdom. It helps in creating a harmonious flow of energy for a deeper spiritual connection. I am finding it very tingly! 😁
Also I am playing a 396Hz tubular bell to help remove subconscious fears, worries, anxiety, feelings of guilt and negative beliefs blocking the path to achieving personal goals, helping to feel more uplifted and secure. There is also a 528Hz tubular bell for the love frequency used since ancient civilisations to manifest miracles and bring blessings and nowadays used for DNA repair.
Sufi and Crystal wind chimes bring their own unique qualities adding another layer of healing to the session.

I am very excited to share I have my first online Reiki Sound Therapy client tomorrow. I’ve been preparing for the bespoke session of releasing, cleansing, cutting chords, an energy smudging... to fill up with love, light and joy. 💜☺️🙏
Hopefully the technology will be a breeze!🤞And I shall have plenty more.
