Wild Bill's Sports Saloon is now hiring a part-time DJ for Saturday nights at our new St. Paul location and for fill-in shifts on Thursday & Friday nights at our metro locations. Qualified candidates should be comfortable speaking on a microphone, personable, energetic and be read to have fun with our customers. Some experience is preferred however we are willing to train those who have an outgoing personality and are ready to learn how to become a DJ.

Wild Bill's Sports Saloon is now hiring DJ's to work Sunday Vikings Football Games. Qualified candidates should be comfortable speaking on a microphone, personable, energetic and be ready to have fun with our customers. Some experience is preferred, however we are willing to train those who have a passion for people, love sports and are ready to learn how to become a DJ. Opportunities may also be available to work our late night DJ and Dancing events held Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

This is an internship for our hospitality company. We are looking for a self-driven individual who has experience with photography/videography/editing! Enthusiasm is a must! We are looking for someone with their own camera equipment and someone that can provide examples of their work. Experience capturing late night parties/concerts/bar scene preferred.

Responsibilities:
Capturing and editing footage from various events in a way that can be presented on all social media platforms.
Work with marketing for producing videos, promotional content, and videos
Asserting expertise as videographer in setting up shots, capturing different angles and other actions for producing quality video content

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Required:
Able to shoot, edit and produce a wide variety of video content.
Comfortable troubleshooting technical issues
Ability to work independently
Dependable
Able to work on many projects at the same time

Wild Bill's Sports Saloon Coming Soon To St. Paul Across The Street From The Xcel Arena Beautiful Restaurant, Bar And Outstanding Second Level Patio Overlooking West 7th.

Job description:
Position provides leadership for high volume, high liquor mix, casual dining and entertainment venue. Successful applicants will be fluent in customer service, hiring and training hourly staff, scheduling, management development, and cost controls.

This location will require flexibility in scheduling to meet service needs driven by events and activities at Xcel Energy Center along with the City of St Paul.

Excellent one-on-one communication is required, along with clear and concise written communication. Should be able to explain, simplify and present complex and sometimes technical functions to managers and staff in a way which achieves buy in and enthusiasm.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Accountable for results in operations, service, restaurant environment, cleanliness standards, management development, food safety and implementing marketing initiatives.
Implementation, and integration of new and existing training programs, operations manuals, continuing education, assessments, resources, processes, and initiatives that establish a brand wide culture of continuous learning.
Develop unit level training teams for new hire onboarding and new initiative implementation.
Analyze past, present and future operating performance against company standards.
Ensure that overall company financial targets are met including cost of goods, labor and all other controllable expenses.
Coordinate activities between all managers for smooth and efficient implementation of food and beverage initiatives, service initiatives, operational updates, and training programs.
Responsible for fostering a sales and marketing culture to enhance customer service and store profitability without sacrificing productivity, cleanliness and compliance.
Implement weekly management meetings with agenda.
Facilitate open discussions and communication sessions with team members, and other business or vendor partners to improve organizational efficiencies and practices.

Qualifications:
Work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
Available to work nights and weekends.
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in high-volume restaurants.
Ability to build hourly team, including recruiting, training, and staff development.
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to a wide variety of guest.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
