OATS CHOCOLATE DELITE SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp crushed almonds
1 tsp crushed walnuts
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey.
¼ tsp vanilla essence
1 glass skimmed milk
I tsp grated chocolate ( optional)
Method
Put oats cocoa powder, crushed almonds, skimmed milk, maple syrup, vanilla essence in a blender and mix well. Serve cold with ice and garnish with grated chocolate smilies.
