-5lbs heavier with better conditioning
-Consumed more calories.
- Trained less but more purposeful and with more intensity.
-Ditched the circuits (which I love) to conserve energy for successful routine practices.
- No crazy lengthy cardio sessions just productive and effective for my division. I also enjoy my cardio time it’s my peace and it consistently stayed that way throughout.

This prep meant a lot to me for so many reasons. One being I wanted to show myself I can successfully prep for a show and bring my best while taking on new challenges outside of bodybuilding. I wanted to do things differently which I did. Proud but not satisfied! 👽🤝

When I tell you I worked my butt off to get these push ups back… I mean it! So happy with this! 🥳

Not the outcome we wanted. I loved my routine I brought something that is truly me to the stage and it was what I felt one of my better performances. The feeling was not mutual, that’s the sport it’s subjective as it should be! I am not the biggest,strongest, and my skills are minimal compared to most but man I try hard! I showed up every day, I did what I loved, and im proud of the package.

Shoutout to and for hearing me ,agreeing with me, and mostly encouraging me to the fullest after Bama when I said I needed to follow my heart and style when it comes to my routines. I immediately got to work on a new routine after ditching the one I performed that day! I sent them music over to get their thoughts a few hours later that I cut myself and they immediately said yes that’s more you! It gave me the confidence I needed to create this routine in a weeks time with my good friend .williambert we had a blast and it came naturally. Win or lose this one was all heart! Nothing is ever perfect there is always room for change and many MANY improvements. Grateful for the guidance,support, and growth! 🫶🏼
