“They” don’t exist, it’s all me. And I am no longer afraid of my greatness. So now I live in a world where “they” love my freedom, softness, strength, and color. I am fully accepted by the universe, by my reflections, and ultimately by myself. That’s the truest freedom right there 💜

We finished reading Alchemy of the Heart by Reshad Feild a few weeks ago and I am still being transformed by the message of unconditional love and service. This book should be seeked by anyone who desires to know the truth, the one truth. Yet I wouldn’t say the author gives us the answers, but he gives us real questions. Questions that can never be answered indefinitely and so the questions serve as the fire that keeps us eagerly seeking what’s seeking us - and that is the love of God, unwavering, promising, and merciful.
This is a book you will never put away.

There is only right now.

There is nothing to accomplish, you are already perfect.

The right now is perfect.

We can only hold space to see that perfection if we quiet the mind and move into our heart. Remember, your mind is a tool. you are not your mind, your thoughts, or emotions. You are the one who observes and experiences these motions. And in that seat of the observer, there are no opinions, no dislikes or likes, no fear, no identity, there is just you witnessing this beautiful stimulation we call life. Maybe if we can successfully move from the mind to the heart, we may actually see the heaven God created for us for the first time. It’s right here right now. Where ever you are.

I am experiencing the world in a different way, learning myself in different spaces, using different skills, and speaking a different language. Life a beautiful experience, and exciting. I am becoming so confident in my existence that I’m in love with the spontaneousness of life, the unlimited potential available in every moment. I love to fine tune my soul as the instrument for God to play beautiful music through.

I gotta know that I am deserving. Ive got to know that this is just the beginning. I’ve got to trust all the work I’ve put in to even get to this place in my mind!

The energy of life is all around us and we can consciously bring it into us for our use and the give it back in service using our breath. We can breath in from all directions and breathe out to where ever it is need. We can even control the quality of our breath by the degree of our awareness and intention.

When it comes to being of service, remember that there can be no purification of life with out the breath.

So it is soooo important that we all consciously breathe in today all that serves us, and breathe out all that no longer serves our mission 🌿💚

Where will 2020 take us? The beauty is that I don’t know!! Just know I’m keeping this energy all year baby! ❤️😋

I asked to be closer to natural waters and now I’m drinking it straight from the river 💦 being near fresh water is priceless ❤️ other than oxygen, water is second most necessary resource needed for survival. As water beings we need to live next to fresh water to survive but industries work to give us the false security that we can live outside of nature by providing treated water and water bottles. This may sustain human life but it doesn’t help human life THRIVE nor does it help nature. I personally would love to cut the middle man out and go directly to the source created by the same energy that supports all life. When we go to the source we can also cut out tons of toxins, and build intimate relationships with our precious water. If you are curious to know about water, it’s potential, and it’s role in our life, you have to read The Hidden Messages in Water by Dr. Masaru Emoto!! His research will change your relationship and daily intimacy with water moving forward.

I look at this photo, and I love the woman I see. Wow, who would have thought this flower who grew from the concrete would have the courage to believe that she was worthy enough to share her fragrance with the world 🌹One day I’ll share my story, it needs to be told. Books have helped me along the way, since a little girl I’ve always had my books with me. It’s time for me to write my own, stay tuned 🙏🏽

Are you sure your ready for everything you’ve ever asked for?
Have you considered that your dreams can be handed to you and you’ll still find something to be at odds with? Can you remember that days you put in the work to be where you are now? I guess the key to really living the life of your dreams really boils down to a state of mind. Are you grateful? Are you at peace? You can dress your reality up, make it dance and sing for you, but what good is it all if your thoughts are outside of this now moment. I can really see the conditioning of the mind, it’s of compare and contrast. This and that. Mine and theirs. Me against them. It’s insane and it’s all an illusion. When you are grateful, there is just here and now, there is us, and there is love. note to self: PURA VIDA IS A MINDSET AWAY ❤️💗
