Fools’ Flotilla tradition returns to Madison Yahara River Fools’ Flotilla, the floating parade tradition, will make its way down the Yahara River Sunday morning.

Aerial maps used in the 2019 evaluation of ash trees in the Yahara River Parkway from East Main to Lake Monona. From these maps, neighborhood folks and city staff developed a plan to treat 11 ash trees. In the late spring of or early summer of 2022 these are being evaluated and re-treatment plans are in development.
