🌟 Chelsea Ryan: 150 Games!🌟

Congratulations to Chelsea Ryan on reaching the remarkable milestone of 150 games!

Chelsea began her journey with South in the 11 & Under grade and quickly advanced to the 15 & Under B team.

Throughout her career at South, Chelsea has proven to be a versatile player, taking on roles in the mid-court, circle defense, and goals. In her junior days, she excelled in circle defense with tight checking and effective reach.
As she grew, Chelsea became a versatile player, adeptly shifting between circle defense and goals based on her coach's needs, before ultimately settling into the mid-court at the 17 & Under level.

Chelsea's coachability and eagerness to learn have always been standout qualities. As a senior netballer, she has firmly established herself in the mid-court, contributing significantly to the A Reserve lineup over the past few seasons, whether on the wing or, occasionally, center.

Thank you, Chelsea, for your dedication and versatility on the court. Here's to many more games and continued success! 🎉🏐 ❤️🤍

Vale Bill Melhuish

The Management, Committees, Players and Supporters of North Gambier Football and Netball club extend our sympathy to the Melhuish family at the passing of long time Club Supporter, Past President, our longest serving Chairman and Life Member Bill.

Bill’s passion was North Gambier and he was fiercely loyal to his beloved club. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes and also while as President was a strong voice and always had the club first and foremost in his mind.

He was also a loyal Collingwood supporter that drove the long suffering Carlton people around the club mad. All in sundry were quietly happy that Billy got to see his beloved Pies lift that Premiership Cup again last year.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Carol, Kym-Marie, Terry and the extended families.

The North Gambier Football and Netball Club will honour Bill this Saturday 29th of June versus Millicent with all participants wearing black arm bands as a mark of respect to our Life Member Bill.

Adam McKinnon 100 Club Games

On behalf of everyone at CSFNC we would like to congratulate Adam on playing his 100th game for the blue, white and red.
Adam debuted at senior level in 2019 after coming through the junior program which often saw him playing both U15s and17s in the one day.
He has been a regular inter league representative both at junior and senior levels since joining our club in 2018 and has won numerous club and league awards.
Lightning leg speed, great skills, an uncanny goal sense and a love for the contest are synonymous with Adam's game and have been since his first senior game as a 16 year old.
Despite the Covid interruption Ads game has continued to evolve. He has transitioned from a clever small forward to a classy midfielder who opposition teams always plan for.
Adam has been a loyal, proud and passionate Casterton representative over his career and his exciting style of play makes him a crowd favorite with the Cats supporters.

Congratulations on 100 games Adam. We are excited to see what the future will bring.
