If there is an annoyance in my life that I don't want, my job is to stop worrying about it and stop talking about it. The energy I put into it keeps it alive. I can use my strong willpower to redirect my thoughts, which removes my energy, and the irritation begins to fade. As I let go of it, it lets go of me. Well done!

There are many things I don’t know, so I stay teachable. The more patient I am as I learn something new, the easier the process. Sometimes I need to ask another person to help guide me through my learning curve. Their patience becomes a gift to me, a reminder that I don’t have to be perfect to move forward.
