The maturity of the steak 🥩 is always cooked perfectly👍👍

Sauce / seasoning are always the soul of the steak 🥩. This is absolutely right for the food of this restaurant.

I usually go to this restaurant with my dearest friends or friends from foreign countries. It’s because they all commented the food 🥘 here are amazing & delicious😋👍 Also, the restaurant’s wines can matches their food perfectly😙‼️

The most important thing is that we had enjoyable & fabulous meals moment there😌😌

The schedule was a bit full yesterday. But it’s grateful that I could taste 👅 the wine 🍷 & enjoy the meals there.

Champagne Marie Courtin位於香檳地區南部的Côte des Bars的Polisot村。由於氣溫稍微溫暖，這個地區因其黑皮諾葡萄而備受推崇。事實上，好多知名香檳大廠從Côte des Bars採購Pinot noir，因為依個獨特嘅區域嘅地質同Burgundy 非常相似。

💥單一葡萄園-單一品種-單一葡萄酒香檳
Dominique Moreau於2005年創建了這個莊園，其目標是用生物動力法生產一系列單一葡萄園，單一品種，單一葡萄酒香檳。這些葡萄經過精心培育和精心打造。其實依種理念與香檳的主流思想形成了鮮明嘅對比，香檳嘅主流思想是混合不同品種葡萄，或不同年份嘅葡萄酒。

Dominique將佢酒莊命名為Marie-Courtin，用以紀念佢嫲嫲。佢嘅大部分葡萄都來自山坡上40-45歲葡萄滕。（位於Celles-sur-Ource嘅下一個城鎮，Cédric Bouchard生活和工作的地方）。土質為黏土、石灰石土壤，土地朝東/東南嘅組合令葡萄酒既有power又有層次，入口後具有強烈嘅濃度和礦物感。

成支顏色淺檸檬黃🍋, 唔睇label會以為係100% Blanc de Blancs, strong chalky, almond, toast, lemond, citrus fruit at the beginning. This 100% Pinot Noir champagne is an absolute gem. Pale lemon in color with very delicate bubbles, you’ll find a nose that’s brimming with pastry, white flowers and meyer lemon. On the palate there's honeysuckle, pastry, and a high acid without much tannin at all. This makes it to be one of the smoother and more approachable Blanc de Noirs on the market.
