Dates: 1st Sunday of the month, October-March, 1-4pm, (6 sessions)

In this monthly class, you will learn a different crochet block pattern each month for 6 months. Make additional squares between sessions and at the end of the 6 months you will have a blanket! You will also learn how to crochet a beautiful lacy border.

Saturdays, September 21 & 28, 2-4 pm

Learn the basics of colorwork - also known as stranded knitting or fair isle - in this fun class knitting a "Doodle Cowl." Jamie Lomax has created many cowls with the "doodle" idea - choose your favorite from many (many!!) colorwork patterns and make your own design!

In this 3 hour class you will learn how to read a chart, knit stranded properly, how to keep track of where you are, tensioning, etc... This is a great first (or second or third!) intro into stranded knitting.

🌀 Spiral Grain Sport is made of 3 colorful plys twisted together, mirroring the unique spiral grain growth patterns found in trees. Gradual color changes with a visual depth in texture offer an engaging and delightful knitting experience.

Tuesday, August 27, 5-7 pm

Just finished the Beginning Knitting Series and ready to start your first project? This class is for you! In this class, you get to take all the basics you learned and expand on them to knit a wearable item.

You have two wearable items to choose from:
🧣 The Cast Away Triangle Shawl No.1.
- OR -
🧢 The Classic Worsted (or bulky) Hat

You can take this class multiple times if you'd like to make both items! Each item teaches you different "next step" skills like increasing and decreasing and pattern reading.

This class is meant for those who have finished the Beginning Knitting Series, or have equivalent skills: cast on, knit, purl, bind off. You must be proficient in these skills - if you are not please complete our Beginning Knitting before signing up for this class.

Learn to Knit Socks 🧦🧶

There's nothing better than a pair of handknit socks! Once you learn to make them, you'll be obsessed. In our sock class you will learn how to make a cuff down sock in three parts with the heel style of your choice: heel flap gusset or short row heel. You'll learn German Twisted Cast On, Heel Flap and short row, gusset decrease, toe decrease and Kitchener stitch.
