A special cinematic plays before the Jailer encounter in Sepulcher of the First Ones.

Spoilers ahead!

While previously part of the Jailer's intro was datamined, a crucial piece of the story was hidden until now.
As the camera zooms in and rotates around Zovaal, we see that he's looking at a globe of Azeroth, specifically Northrend. This location is significant as the expansion started with the veil between Shadowlands and Icecrown ruptured, and over the course of the expansion we learned the Jailer's role in creating the Lich King and Helm of Domination.

Happy 9.2 PTR Cinematic day - today's PTR build includes a cinematic by design for the first time so the context it provides can be a part of testing during this week's chapters. Happy testing!”

In this cinematic, we see present-day Sylvanas lying unconscious in Oribos, her soul complete once again after Sanctum of Domination. She's constantly tormented by memories of her past crimes, as one half of Sylvanas' soul from her Ranger-General era must confront the crimes committed under the Jailer's control such as the Burning of Teldrassil. The visuals are of her Ranger-General and Banshee Queen appearances stand in opposition to each other.
