🥮 ~ Symbolizes unity and reunion among family. It is also used as an offering during prayers.

🐇 ~ The Jade rabbit is thought to be the companion of Chang’e, the goddess of the moon.

中秋 ~ The Chinese characters for “Mid-Autumn”.

🥮 | The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival is just around the corner! To help celebrate, I have created our first ever Mid-Autumn Moon Festival macaron menu and snowskin mooncake box ready for preorders!

Try a variety of macarons - from mooncake shaped filled with a salty egg yolk ganache - to our most popular flavor Hong Kong milk tea, or the moon rabbit (AKA Jade rabbit), filled with our seasonal milk rabbit candy ganache.

Our first ever snowskin mooncake box! Each box contains a variety of 4 snowskin mooncakes, with a soft and slightly chewy exterior, and a not-too-sweet filling. Enjoy a variety of traditional and non-traditional fillings with a beautiful exterior.

🌕 | Hello everyone! 🙋🏻‍♀️ It’s been a while since our last menu - Tomorrow at 7pm, we will be releasing our Autumn Moon Festival menu!
Quantities are very limited this time. Stay tuned!

🥮 | Slowly but surely, we will have our Autumn Moon Festival menu out ready for preorder, just waiting on my mooncake molds to come in! 🫢

🤖❤️ | One of the most creative wedding themes I’ve gotten to work with! Bride & Groom are huge Star Wars fans, so I had to incorporate elements of the franchise into their wedding cake.

Star Wars meets traditional. The traditional all white wedding cake is decorate with a vibrant hand sculpted R2-D2 & BB-8, who sits next to some handmade sugar flowers.

Along the sides of the cake are various fondant flowers, a millennium falcon, and a couple of x-wing starfighters

Request was 4 dinos and a active volcano 🌋

🥟 | One last look at our dim sum decorations for our dim sum cake. All decorations were hand crafted using gumpaste.

Creating these reminded me why I love cake design and decorating so much!

🥟 | One of my favorite cake creations so far!

Concept: Lazy Susan table filled with various dim sum dishes, with the ⭐️ giant dim sum girlie bao (peak at her little space buns) ⭐️ right in the center.

This cake took hours of hand crafting all the little dim sum dishes out of gumpaste. The ultimate success was when my Chinese grandma, an avid dim sum consumer, was able to name every dish with ease 🥹.

It’s always exciting handing over cakes to clients. But this one was just a little bittersweet separating from~

🏄‍♂️ | Such a fun theme I got to work with a weekend or so ago! 🤙🏻

🍄 | Something about Super Mario is so nostalgic. Creating these cookies reminded me of the hours of gameplay I had growing up. 👾

🕷️ | I hate spiders, but Spiderman might be one of my favorite avengers!

These kinds of cakes are a lot of work - each leaf of every flower is individually shaped and textured. However, they are definitely one of my favorites to do!
