It is a new year 2019 time to think of changing your lifestyle to a healthy one. Busy work lives mean using a crockpot sometimes. I left for work with my crockpot full with 8 pieces of chicken, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, one box of organic chicken broth, black beans, red kidney beans, garlic powder, chilli powder, oregano spice, Himalayan salt and pepper any other spice you like. This is enough for supper and some left overs for work lunches. Enjoy healthy recipes 😁. HAPPY NEW YEAR 2019

As a naturopath I enjoy the fresh strawberries and vegetables summer brings us. This is such an easy healthy salad to make with any kind of protein for lunch or supper. I really like this salad with white fish. Enjoy!
