I have been using Mrs Balbir spices for a while but last night I did the Biryani and OMG. This is better than any I've ever had. When you get in in the restaurants and takeaways it's always so dry and you have to have a wet curry to go with it. Not this Biryani. It was moist slightly buttery and the flavour was just awesome. OMG. This combo is a total game changer. The whole family loves this dish. I am half Indian and have been taught how to make a good curry. I always taste and think hmmm more spice!! Usually ends up too hot. If you follow the recipe card (which is really easy) you get a perfect curry every time. Having been to India 19 times, this Old Delhi Butter Chicken sspice kit makes a perfect butter chicken to match those I hav eaten there. In India they would use a Tandoor to cook the chicken before adding the sauce. You can get close with an oven, as per the instructions, but exactly the same using a gas BBQ. I make eg 3 meals each for 2 people at the same time and freeze 2. Wonderful

I stumbled upon Balbir Singh spices quite by accident so I placed an order the first try was Rogan Josh accompanied by the Biryani excellent then the Shahi Chicken Masala with Amritsari Chana Masala again beautiful. Since then I have had the Old Delhi Butter Chicken best I have eaten and the Goan Vindaloo. As I write this I have just eaten Chicken Tikka made with the Tandoori rub and the Cocktail Kebabs again delicious and one of best parts is the time to cook not having to spend all day in the kitchen to get authentic Indian dishes.yesterday I placed my fourth order service excellent and the product is the best I have tried.
