Team: The Incident Report is posted to the shared google docs as well as the Employee Standard/Warning Write-Up. Make sure you have the verbal/sit down face to face expectations talk and then the signature/date required to save in employee files. Hope this helps set standards as well as keep them accountable. ALSO: I'll be placing a HEAD TRAINER/ ASSISTANT TRAINER AND ALL STAFF CLEANING "check list" "to do each shift" protocol to print and go over in staff meetings as well.
