Free art print giveaway!
Iâm giving away a very special signed fine art print of âChargeâ to a lucky winner.
Why is it special? Because to me this image is emblematic of my visual language and why I do what I do. The feeling of holding this print, knowing I went to this faraway place to create the art, is incomparable.
This will be the only chance youâll be able to acquire it. All you need to do is to like, share this post and follow the link below to sign up for my new mailing list. Youâll be the first to see new work, get notified of upcoming print releases, and be eligible for print giveaways.
If you sign up before March 20th, you have a chance to win this signed print. I'll choose someone at random from my mailing list after 2 weeks and send this print to them. Good luck đ

Happy Valentine's Day. Love what you do. If you donât, youâll never be bothered to do it enough, youâll never think about it enough, youâll never push yourself or work hard enough to get where you want to be.

Deep inside the ravines of the Tabernas Desert in Spain, I photographed this beautifully-restored Mercedes 280 GE that Jacky Ickx and Claude Brasseur drove to victory in the legendary Paris-Dakar Rally 40 years ago, for the new G-Class 2024 calendar.
The daytime was spent location-scouting and establishing camera and car positions and planning logistics of moving the production through 3 locations inside a very narrow ravine.
The time lapse video shows the process at nighttime shooting this particular image. The moon rising above the mountains was unplanned!
Happy holidays, everyone!

Have you ever seen the aurora? I've watched it many times but I still can't get enough of it. Fingers crossed for more in 2024.
This series was photographed in Arctic Svalbard, so far north you have to look *south* to see the Northern Lights, and the days are a gorgeous perpetual sunrise and sunset.
This trip was also memorable to me because I lost my wallet in the plane and had to rely on the kindness of friends to get me by for the whole duration :'D

Have you ever looked at the sky after sunset and noticed a warm glowing band of pink in the sky? Itâs called The Belt of Venus or Antitwilight Arch, and itâs probably my favourite phenomenon to watch during sunset.
As the sun drops below the horizon, the Earthâs shadow is cast into the sky as a dark blue band. Rising with it is a vibrant band of pink, its colour caused by backscattered sunlight off the Earthâs atmosphere.
The band rises and eventually dissipates until the entire sky is filled with dusk blue and the night gradually takes over.
For me, the beauty of a sunset is best appreciated not from watching it happen in front of me, but in completely the opposite direction, where the sublime interplay between light and shadow reveals itself only to those curious enough to look for it.
Journeying through Andalusia, Spain with 11 different vehicles from the legendary G-Classâ 44-year history, I was commissioned by Mercedes-Benz to shoot the official 2024 G-Class calendar.
Rather than capturing the iconic vehicle in a somewhat familiar landscape, I wanted to introduce the concept of the âunexplored planetâ by photographing the vehicle at night, in remote and unearthly environments, and using my technique of drone-lighting to create uncommon images that have never been seen before.
Each image is a carefully planned composition of subject, environment and light, that took many hours of scouting, testing and shooting into the early hours to tell a whole story in a single frame about each model of the G-Class.
I approach every shoot like an adventure. Amazing locations, fantastic team of people to work with, and a challenge which was not only ambitious, but also incredibly exciting and fun to take on.
