If anyone is interested in a Fall 10k run/walk clinic, Sportmed has a clinic starting September 11. For additional challenge, they are also looking for run/walk leaders.

If anyone wants to work on getting back in shape this year, Sportmed is offering a free six week clinic. Register by this Friday.

Since 1985, we’ve been running, training and making memories together. Sunday, April 19, marks the 36th anniversary of the Vancouver Sun Run Presented by Ford. Although we won’t see you at the start line this year, we still want to celebrate race day with you!

This Sunday, we’re encouraging everyone to share their favourite photos and stories from the Vancouver Sun Run Presented by Ford. It can be funny, silly, triumphant or anything in between.

So start collecting those photos and get ready for race day! More details on how to join in will be coming soon.
