Hey all.

If you saw my IG story early then you already know... But if you didn't then well here ya go....

I have gone back to work after 4 years of having this lil shop of mine. It may be temporary - it may be not. But for the time being it will be. I will not be running my shop full-time anymore. It'll now be a part-time thing or my "hobby". To many feelings to really write right now but I hope you all understand.

The world is just not as it was a couple years ago. My shop made it thru the pandemic but with inflation costs constantly on the up & up and other life obstacles I can no longer do this all day everyday. My lil shop is something you all want, but not what you all "need". My business can't survive just off that unfortunately. It hurts but this is just another stepping stone to learn from.

My website will still be active all thru the holidays - so don't freak out on me yet lol. My new job will be a graveyard shift so I will be sleeping while my children are at school. I'll be creating still on my days off and/or any other free time I get. I have a few ideas I want to create for Christmastime. I might make them pre-orders only so I can make a mass quantity of them at a time and move on to the next pre-order. I'm not sure just yet. I'll keep you all posted here shortly.

I hope my die-hard customers understand and my future customers don't give up on me. This isn't forever. Just a lil hurdle my family and I have to get thru.

Creative nightmare or creative blessing? 😏

I wanted to dabble at my first attempt at macraweaving.... Boy it's harder then it looks. For real. This may be my only time lol.

You gotta have all the time and the patience in the world for macraweave. 🤪 I don't even remember how maybe times I untied knots throughout the process just to start that entire section over.

I'm not completely knocking it.... Don't get me wrong lol. It was definitely something I wanted to give a go at to see if I can do it. And I did. But I just wanted to point out the time & effort it takes for macraweave artists out there. If you see one or know one, recognize them. 🙌

Anywho, life has been insanely busy this last month. Oldest daughter made club soccer tryouts - so we've been living & breathing soccer everyday since, littlest one just turned 6 over this past weekend, hubby has been working lots & lots, adding more greenery & lights to our huge backyard, had a staycation and re-doing our bedrooms to make it more organized & functional.

Last year these "Mini Teacher Wreaths" were such an unpredictable hit with you all! I initially made these for my kiddos teachers (not to sell them) & you all wanted some for your kiddos teachers too! I had an unbelievable amount of requests that I just had to do more!🥰
