That is what we are doing in one of my famous sessions (Compassionate Listening/Breathwork) with one thing- your breath! Just like igniting the fuel and air in a car, we are getting your vehicle (body/psyche/spirit) up and running! What might it actually feel like? Lots of sensations.

You can feel tingly, buzzy, hot or cold, weighted or light. You may cry and laugh at the same time. You may yell OUT LOUD and/or laugh hysterically. You can feel a myriad of ways. Those sensations are the vibrations of your "car running. And guess what that energy is? YOU. You get to experience your own SELF as your own person, your own autonomy, free of other's expectations and influences. You get to begin to create a relationship to what cleansing your nervous system feels like and then being in relationship to the loving energy that sweeps through and holds you and expands you.

The key to unlocking hearts, bridging divides, and nurturing deep connections. Embrace its transformative power and ignite a ripple effect of positivity and healing, transforming lives and the world.

It is risky living “outside of the lines.” I grew up in a university town, with two parents who are professors: accounting and chemistry. Anything that wasn’t practical or linear or measurable was a hobby. How do you expect to pay bills if you don’t live within the lines?

Answer: I don’t really know.
