Jewel Court's magnificent stained-glass dome, crafted from 7,200 vibrant pieces of multi-hued glass, has become an iconic symbol of South Coast Plaza. Designed by Marion Sampler while he was head of the graphic design department at Victor Gruen & Associates, the original architects of South Coast Plaza, this kaleidoscopic masterpiece bathes visitors in mesmerizing light and color.
