Weekend is over 😩 and it’s a whole week before we see the weekend again. Now that we’re getting our work hats back on and thinking about how to create a good week, maybe we can ask ourselves a little question to get going: Who is that person we’re competing with for success this week? Maybe think about it just for a couple seconds [couple seconds] Cool, read on.
For whatever reason we are lightly programmed to think that anyone looking for the same kind of success we want for ourselves is “competition” for us. If that has ever been you (and it has been me) then perhaps ask yourself, is anyone else really stopping you ?
The universe had it arranged that we are programmed at birth with our achievements already accomplished, just “hidden” inside of us. Im pretty sure that’s why we have visions of success - it’s our inner voice whispering loudly hoping we are paying attention. I have come to believe part of our life’s mission is to gently coax out the rockstar version of ourselves from its game of hide-and-seek 😊 Every good deed we do connects us more to that best person in us.
So here is something we can do to elevate our game
Wish for others to succeed! By doing this, not only are we getting a few “karma points” 😊 but we are also reminding ourselves that someone else’s success has no influence whatsoever on what we got going on. So be happy for them and spread some love.
This world has plenty of room for more rockstars 💙💙
