Every morning during my workout routine, I see my neighbors. We exchange a few words and smiles, and this simple interaction fills me with energy and joy for the entire day. I love where I live, my lifestyle, and what I do. It’s so important to be able to smile and receive a smile in return.

Today I had the pleasure of taking of the Certoficate from Canadian Senator “Salma Atullah Jan” to the Champions Centre in Canada in the presence of the President of Ontario Taekwondo Federation, Director of Mississauga Academy and many other dignitaries.

I’ve been coming all the way from the GTA to see Svetlana because she is truly a professional. I trust her completely with my body and face. The LPG massage and barophoresis with NanoAsia Korean nanotechnology have been incredibly relaxing and provide exceptional care.

We visited today the championship location at Kings Court, where will be the 6th championship taekwondo Frenzy.

I ended up this Monday with a session led by a good master from the Academy of Self Defense.

❤️I love you, Mom! We had an amazing day together. First, we went shopping at Costco, and then we took a walk at the Monastery of Mount Carmel Spiritual Retreat and Conference Centre. The weather was nice, the air was fresh, and the blessed spirit of the place made it an unforgettable day for us.

You don’t need to take care of everything, you don’t have to be a super mom, a super housewife, a super professional, a super woman.

Because when your body gets tired, there will be few who will remember that you tried to be all of this in one person.

So, leave the house for later, go for a walk, go to the park, start the gym, buy clothes, go to the salon, sleep, be yourself, take care of yourself, love yourself, and do it exclusively for and for you.

Kids grow up, the husband sometimes leaves, the job finds a replacement, the house will get dirty again, but you don’t get a second chance.

Today I visited this tulip farm and was blown away by the beauty of the fields. The rows upon rows of vibrant tulips in every color imaginable were simply breathtaking. The farm was well-organized.

One of the highlights of our visit was the opportunity to pick our own tulips. We were free to roam the fields and choose our favorite blooms.

Overall, I would highly recommend this farm to anyone looking for a beautiful and unique experience. of course, It’s not comparable with the Holland tulips farms, but this option it’s not a bad.

I didn’t give up, and I did it... I achieved it! Now, I am a Taekwondo Provincial Referee. Yesterday, I spent the whole day at the tournament as a referee for the first time. This accomplishment means the world to me. I am immensely grateful to all my Masters who supported and guided me towards this achievement. It’s certainly not my last milestone on this journey. Thank you for being a part of it! ❤️
