Ready to rock some handstands?
Tip: every morning (4-5 days a week), do three handstands against the wall and hold it as long as you can.
Rest 20 seconds in between sets. If your arms start shaking in the beginning, don't worry, you're building up your strength.
Beginners: place a pillow or mat underneath your head to decrease your fear of crashing.

Why are open hips so important?

Would you believe me if I tell you opening the hips creates an energy shift and makes you feel better being in your own body?

Yogis believe our hips are a storage ground for negative feelings and pent-up emotions, especially ones related to control in our lives. Opening the hips gives us access to freedom in the body, helps us to create room for new ideas and to find our own unique expression — creatively, physically, sexually, and spiritually.

This could be a part of your morning routine - Mountain Climbers - 45 sec on / 15 sec off / 6-8 times - a great exercise to burn fat, build a strong core and train your cardio.
