SB358 authored by Sen. Julie Daniels is an expansion of the Lindsey Nicole Henry Voucher for students with an IEP or ISP. The bill takes away the provision that a student must attend a public school before they can qualify. Private schools are not required to provide special education services. Families who accept this voucher waive their right to those services and this expansion would keep them from knowing what those services are.
