This yoga style is an alignment-based power Vinyasa that follows the energy of the Mayan calendar. So every class is different, according to the unique energy of the day. I also teach private classes, which are focused on the specific needs of every person. For example, with some students I do power-vinyasa, with others I do a more restorative practice, with others I focus on therapy for injury re
