Kebab House Sauce
This is a fan page not for the great döner kebab, but for the mysterious, orange/pink "House Sauce".
As I have discovered from my travels and gathering of reports, House Sauce appears to be exclusive to Northern Ireland.

Bombay Dreams, Newtownabbey.
This is a true-to-type classic 'bab, and a bargain as well. In these expensive times, the humble doner kebab can often set the slavering punter back upwards of £10. Not at Bombay Dreams, where a devastatingly large portion of doner/chips/salad/sauce can be had for £7. The meat is light on the stomach for elephant leg, and the chips are crispy and fluffy on the inside. Most importantly, the house sauce. Smooth, yet tangier than most, with a more intense orange tinge than I'm used to.
Four and a half stars out of five, and I'll definitely be back.
