I love making bagels and try making a batch every week (cheese for me, chocolate chip for my husband.) Shaping the bagels can be a little time consuming so I was excited to find this method for a bagel bread loaf! Just divide your dough into six balls, flatten, boil as usual and line them up in a bread pan. Easy peasy and delicious! Perfect for sandwiches and spreads like my homemade pimento cheese! Yuuuuum!! 🥯🍞!

Can you believe January is already almost over? And I'm over here like 🐢🐢🐢. I've seen a lot of y'all reflecting over 2020 and how y'all have adapted and changed your lives to meet the challenges it brought up. For myself, I've decided I need less stress in my life and more time with my family on weekends. So with that in mind I am taking a bit of a break and not accepting new orders for a little while. (Don't worry anyone that already has an order in I'm still doing those!) Instead I'm going to focus on more bucket list baking, charity baking and doing things I'm really inspired to do!
