Lamia / Λαμία

Lamia (Greek: Λαμία, Lamía, pronounced [laˈmia]) is a city in central Greece.

The city has a continuous history since antiquity, and is today the capital of the regional unit of Phthiotis and of the Central Greece region (comprising five regional units).
