TIP: If you’re looking to add warmth and layers to your bedroom this winter I recommend the following:
- add an oversized quilted coverlet
- use vintage-washed linen bedlinen in a natural colour
- feature 2 patterned pillowcases paired with 2 plain linen
- a simple round shaped cushion to add an interesting shape
- add a linen throw

Kitchen styling tips:
1. Use a tray to place the objects on to give a sense of order. This one is a large flat platter.
2. Use 2-3 chopping boards stacked against the splash back in different shapes and sizes.
3. Soften the hard surfaces with linen like this linen napkin draped in a bowl.
4. Use height by adding foliage or greenery from your garden.
5. Use practical kitchen items that you can use day to day.
Give it a try. I promise it will lead you to cleaning your kitchen but the end result is worth it!

Adding rounded shapes to this square dining room to give it some interest. Round, textured pendant light & curved dining table has improved the space with the sheer curtains softening the overall feel of the room.

Loved the exhibition today at Flinders Street station. 3 years in the making! The attention to detail in the artistic and historical details is breathtaking. Visit before the exhibition ends in April.
