From old carpet, to nice vinyl!

Another job complete! Turned out great!

Even though the past few days have been super hot, we pushed through to build a nice new fence for an awesome client!

Wrapped up this week, with another landscaping project! 🥵
What an amazing, more usable, space 😉

Job scope;

- removed part of the asphalt in the driveway
- removed old brush and trimmed trees back
- laid topsoil and new sod throughout
- built fence to make backyard more private
- built and installed 2 double and 1 single gate for easier accessibility

They are so happy to finally have a use able backyard after 2 years 😀

Job Scope;

- sod backyard
- created a firepit area for extra enjoyment
- laid/leveled pavers
- interlock around gazebo and pool area
- assembled/installed gazebo
- interlock in front entrance of the house
- nice future garden area, currently filled with black mulch
- swapped/installed 2 upper windows

🙌 OUT with the old carpet and IN with the new hardwood for another amazing set of clients!

We also installed brand new baseboard throughout these 4 areas as well 😀 They were super excited to see these areas finally updated!

Another beautiful updated bathroom we recently completed! Also painted the Master bedroom 🤩

Job scope;

- Reconfigured the layout of the pre-existing bathroom, for more use able space
- Installed pocketdoor
- New Baseboard/Casing installed
- Primed/Painted Walls
- Painted Trim/Casing/Window frames

- Removed wallpaper off of Master wall
- Prime/Painted the Master
- Painted trim/doors/windows

🙌 Just finished this beautiful staircase 😍

Job scope;

- Stripped the previous stain down to bare wood
- Restained treads and handrails, then clear coated
- Painted stringers and risers to match
- Installed brand new spindles

- Moved Laundry upstairs to mainfloor and created a laundry cupboard
- Electrical for fireplace and led lights for the shelves
