I've missed you lot! And, I'm teaching Nia again in Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy. See below for deets. Still 2 spots left at tomorrows Edinburgh class at Inverleith Park 1-2pm. We'll be dancing the routine Dragon 🐲 its UNBELIEVABLE, POWERFUL, STRONG & FEELS SOOOO GOOD.

There is only space for 10 of us in total (we dance with Silent Disco headsets, its epic and feels so intimate and sacred).

Hello everyone!!!!!! Its been a while I know. Hope you're all well # # #

I've started circling my pelvis and flicking my fingers again, am stepping out of the 'pandemic hiatus' and am ready to dance with real humans again in both Edinburgh (Meadows, on the grass) and Fife (Ravenscraig Park, Kirkcaldy)!.

Rules for Nia!
Suitable for ages 18+, all body shapes/sizes and fitness levels. Come with an open mind. You can't get it wrong. Your body your way. Your way is the right way.
