🌎 All over the world, the Avon community is coming together to support the women and girls affected by the conflict in Ukraine. We have committed $200k to support the people of Ukraine from the Avon Foundation to the Red Cross. This is in addition to existing Ukrainian NGO partners including United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and Ukrainian Foundation for Public Health. We are donating hygiene products and personal care supplies to refugees and people impacted by the crisis and many of our Avon family are personally taking actions to help.

Today is Self-Injury Awareness Day.

Raising awareness about self-injury is so important as it leads to an increase in understanding and a decrease in judgement and stigma.

Ultimately it can help reduce the number of people who feel isolated and suffer in silence 🌻💚

We want to use today to reach out to those who do self-injure and educate those who don’t.

Self injury Support run Women’s support services including a helpline and webchat feature alongside resources you can read in your own time.

For those of us supporting someone who self injures, or keen to educate ourselves on self-injury, they have lots of resources and training you can access.

You can even sign up to volunteer.
