Dinner tonight turned out yummy!!

1 can each of:
Cream of chicken
Cream of mushroom
Corn (drained)
Green beans (drained)
Carrots (drained)

1 small tub sour cream
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup chicken stock
Cheese(s) of choice (measure w your heart.. we like cheese)
1 1/2 cups instant rice

Add chicken tenderloins on top

Mix 1 package of stuffing mix w just slightly more water than it calls for (keeps it from burning/getting too crispy) & spread evenly across top

Bake at 350⁰ for about an hour!
