Almost done been a bit slow on posts . Finally got tray back from sandblasters who colour coded tray but unfortunately they struggled with the fine metallic & I had to redo tray & sides 😩 but now 👌

So the cruiser went from a simple white Respray to a complete colour change .. Toyota Hilux colour 1CO very fine metallic

Some major repairs on the doors today , they were as straight as a roundabout, paint striped the to save heat from grinder warping them on flat panels & then hammer , slapper & panel dolly & metal file to get 98% straight then a thin layer of 3M body filler & primer ...as good as new ... considering

Got the body in primer yesterday, now doing the bolt on panels

200 series cruisers…..awesome wagon … 1 big problem with lower front chassis radiator cross member , with the front tow hook & bull bars air bag mounting brackets on that cross member the water can get in but can’t get out … Mainly 200s close to the coast or do beach work with only salt spray or worse going in saltwater 😱….it can b a very expensive replacement situation…. Due to the hole front end needs to b removed also with radiator & air condenser…. if u not sure bring it in for a free inspection

What it takes to rustproof a $250,000+ … 750HP supercharged Hell cat motor in a RAM … I love it… come on gold lotto 😍…A LOT of masking up so we don’t get black crap over everything as if it was my rig this is how I would do it & a very happy Noosa local … ps don’t mind the old business sing in back ground this was through Covid

TOP SIDE ..NO generics used .. only use products that have worked for 50+ years … septone /tectyl in brown .doors,Drown sills,A pillars , B pillars , cowl panel ,radiator support , bonnet , guards ( plastic on raptors ) skirt structure zones , crumble zones & use 5 litres in brown …….. UNDERBODY - black septone .. 6 litres just INSIDE chassis rails & 20 litres on EVERYTHING else .. inc a Exausht ceramic heat paint & brake rotors as they rust before you purchase it & coming soon a new PAINT PROTECTION , clear film protection & protection strips on high traffic areas now becoming your 1 stop protection company in Noosa

American truck owners… been doing some RAMS , Titans & fords .. they are great trucks I’ve always loved the big beasts … but the conversion companys are leaving 1 critical clean up out … grinding sparks under front carpets & leaving some YUKY rust & some are only 2 months old … also grinding sparks left in door jams & rubbers .. other bits are bare metal on under body rusting from BRAND NEW .. feel free to call for advice or inspection

This month we have had 9 with electronic with some clear coat ( must b magic & invisible ) & NONE are good ... the difference between this rust to last post as I explained .. RUST in the seems in chassis rails ( inside ) were you certainly dont want rust

so this 4x4 post has seen salt water & pretty shagged compaired to last post alot of suface from salt air and probably beach but no salt water

Electronic rust systems ... if u get scammed into buying 1 .. the money that you use to buy electronic u might as well go to toilet & wipe your bum with 8 separate hundred dollar notes ... they r absolutely S**T & do nothing except cause more electroloiss & creates more rust ... then u the poor owner have a rusty car from false advertising as its all a money maker ... i could fit them @ Unique but WHY and if i did i would not sleep @ night knowing i just ripped you off ... they must get outlord

here is a perfect example ...electronic & clear coat from car yard when new ... works well NOT ... this has been around australia with so many dirt roads , it chips then they come to the coast for 1 year and this is the out come ... this ute has not seen salt water as its not rusty like a beach car ... in seems etc but even so rust is always there now as we can only clean up so much & rust converter ONLY slows it down but still grows

Hey all it took me a week for post but finally can post the 200 beast ... so this is bit of a custom job ( unique ) rustproofing process with 5x materails, extra day masking EVERYTHING up but been brand new spend a hour cleaning up surface rust( only a little .. normal on new cars). & been a 1300,000$ 4x4 we don’t rush ... do it once , do it correctly..
this was JUST a under body but we still do sills & radiator support panel as it’s not a full time beach vehicle .... some bolts for heavy duty under body smash plates were a allen key head ..

not good as they r flat & if they hit something u will have to drill them out as the allen key hole gets smashed so we replace to high tencile zinc bolts .. owner was over the moon

Tomorrow will be putting this tonka back together .. what a beast & almost 6hrs masking up a 15,000$+ conversion suspension kit & mods . i will post more lovly electronic RUSTY 4x4s tomorrow & even a kabota tractor that see’s no salt water .. bed time ,

Another 3 casualties this week ... 1 of 3 gary cricks STUPID rust protection process...Electronic rust systems 👎🏿 In 30 years i have NEVER seen any rust system work .. so how can they still sell a product that does absolutely nothing ... they need to be outlord.. 1 word for the car yards & people who sell & fit them
( dodgy )all they do is give people faulse security & hope .... go enjoy our awesome beach then 2-3 years later they have too spend 3 times as much money as electronic cost to fix rust & do what has been done for over 60 years RUSTPROOF & in other posts no problem with rust 🤷🏻‍♂️

dodge rams . Ram owners be warned. We rustproofed a new ram few months ago & let’s say I was SHOCKED , pulling it apart for rustproofing & the conversion company had a shocker... again we are the only company who takes this off & I wonder how many more RAMS are the same

pull the kick trims off front floors & I see grinding sparks going rusty then lift carpet and WOW already rusting to the floor , 2nd place pull wiper panel up & here is a BARE metal plate they converted for brake booster to fit . 3rd spot rust over diffs , chassis parts & I could keep going ... owner was not happy & not good for a 70k + truck

buffing cars ... not many people know this even so called professional Detailers ... with automotive paint standard factory paint is only around 0.45ml thick ( not much paint or clear ) with our digital paint depth gauge.. so cars can only b buffed about 2 times then any more and it gets thin then starts peeling off
this porche already had 1 buff & look @ the condition ( terrible) destroyed a beautiful red porche until Unique fixed it
