This position is responsible for supporting the sales efforts at Memphis Paints:

- Assist customers in making color and wallpaper recommendations.

- Explain the complimentary design service provided by the company to customers.

- Show knowledge of current design and color trends to create fashionable design solutions.

- Coordinate with the team to provide exceptional after-sale service to customers.

- Servicing wholesale and retail customers

- Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services. This involves ensuring sales transactions are completed accurately, and that work order files and formulas are maintained accurately.

- Pulling appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and tinting and mixing them to customer specifications.
