Don't Be Fooled!
All these plant nutritional supplements are just that... SUPPLEMENTS. They don't have a Nutritional Label deeming them FOOD (like an apple) This is because those companies are only extracting part of the plant, just like isolated vitamins.
There are SO many "so called" fruits & vegetable alternatives out there but believe me none of them have the backing or research like Juice Plus+ has. None of them are NSF Certified. None of them are tested over and over again from farm to capsule making sure they are More Than Organic. I cringe when I see products like claim to be as good or better than Juice Plus+! They might be cheaper, but they certainly don't even come close to taking a bite of 30 whole foods, like Juice Plus+.
I wouldn't be advertising it if it hasn't made a difference in my life. I whole heartedly believe in JP+ and how it bridges the gap between what I eat and should be eating.

We can't help getting older, but we don't have to get old!
The biggest problem is people are not hearing the proven best steps one MUST take to avoid and overcome disease, live longer and well.
There is a ton of health information out there but most of it is repeated constantly. Do this, take this pill, but watch for all the side effects... It's the “same old, same old” that drowns out what is proven to help us all. But nothing is more important as our getting to the root of our health problems. NOTHING... because the older we get, the more our health is our freedom.
We need to keep our brain sharp, avoid cancer, avoid heart & auto immune disease, never lose our mobility, keep our immune system strong, feel energetic and productive.
To Live Long and Die Short should be the ultimate goal for us all. What we place at the end of our fork is key. We can work out for an hour, but what we feed our bodies the other 23 hours is the hardest work of all. So, For Health Sake, I hope you make a conscious effort every time you Stick a Fork In It

If you're going to change up your entire diet to improve your health, you need support because most people you are surrounded by probably aren't. The vast majority of people are not focused on their until it's too late. Then they go to the doctor. Doctor puts them on meds and some people are them the rest of their lives. Others get sicker, then doc puts them on more meds and so on and so on. The meds don't get to the root of the problem and if you ask me, I think the government and pharmaceutical companies love it!
It's hard to change because every turn, every parking lot comes with 10 unhealthy options just calling your name. Every grocery store your faced with unhealthy isles that are pulling you in. These things are not going to change, but you can if you feel your health is important.
Getting healthy doesn't have to be complicated. Finding yourself a sense of community is very helpful. Find a chat room in social media that has like-minded people you can talk with. Find some type of support system with a friend our family member. Then find a way to get motivated to eat delicious healthy food! Eat Whole Foods to live healthy and inspire those you love to do the same.
There's nothing I love more than trying to inspire people to get and stay healthy. I am always here for anyone who needs support.
It breaks my heart that SO many friends are going through health issues. You're all on my mind, in my prayers and in my heart.
