Appreciation at work leads to higher performance.

Lack of appreciation leads to not giving a damn and just cashing the check.

Two-way appreciation is critical to relationships and parenthood.

Failure by everyone to appreciate leads to decline.

And the big ones.

Lack of appreciation for all one has leads to unhappiness and depression.

Appreciation (gratitude) for everything, big and small triggers happiness.

Lack of appreciation for yourself leads to loss of self-esteem and progress.

Appreciation for yourself leads to fulfillment, confidence and success.

Knowing your why will drive you and motivate you to achieve your why.

Why do I want to get in shape?
Why do I want to change my life?
Why do I want to change careers?
Why do I want to be a better person?
Why do I want to improve my finances?
Why do I want to improve my relationships?

When you know your why, you have the reason to do what you need to do.

When you think of your why, you get the motivation to do it.

I find this the ultimate technique for overcoming fear, resistance, reluctance and laziness.

I'm still going, evolving, doing and learning.

How about you? Like me are you still writing your life story?

When I was 4 years old I wanted to be a radio newsman like my father.

When I was in college I worked at multiple radio and TV stations doing the news and being an on-air DJ (instead of being in class).

In my 20s and early 30s, I was a TV news reporter, anchor, weather guy and special projects creator.

From my late 30s to my 60s I was a content creator, writer, director, producer, strategist and account manager for global companies.

Also created two documentaries and with Kim raised two incredible sons.

About 10 years ago I decided it was My Turn to transform myself and my life
into something perfect for me.

I took the time to look at myself, life, longevity and the possibilities in totally new and different ways.

Now I'm launching Paul Long v.4 and I love it because it's perfect for me.

I've flipped my life and aging on its head.

I found a New Way Forward in my life and you can too.

Like me, your life story isn't finished. It needs a big beautiful final set of chapters.

You've done a lot and there's a lot more to do, so make it ideal for you.

It's there if you keep going, evolving, doing and learning.

Fear and dread are a waste of focus and energy.

It's the power of intention to focus on what it will be like and how it will feel.

It is the ultimate motivator fueling the courage and discipline to succeed.

Know it's going to be challenging and even scary. But realize it's going to be gorgeous at the end.
