Know your non-negotiables, it keeps life simple.
In tricky situations, instead of being thrown, you can remain open to working it through,
if its possible to,
while staying in your truth
and filtering choices through these, your non-negotiables.

For anyone who has struggled with boundaries and loving self as i used to, please know its ok,
its essential for trust and real connections to speak openly when needed.

Know what matters to you.
Know you deserve to speak.
If it matters to you, it matters.
Really simple.
If youre being minimised when you were seeking to understand,
then right there, theres a clue
Know your non-negotiables,
Stand for them if you need to,
even if Its uncomfortable, you have the right to address anything that concerns you.
Trust yourself.
Trust life when the decision you know is right for you, leads you in new directions.

You know and will always know,
in your heart.. in your bones..
if a situation has become not right for you.

Come from that,
but keep your focus on whats right for you,
then other irrelevancies or conclusions judgements or dismissals brought in by anyone else, wont de-rail or upset you,
they will in fact, simplify your choices,
for you now have your baseline boundaries to work from.
You then simply make choices based on what is presenting to you.

Im seriously glad i did the work to get to this place and am sharing this to remind everyone.. you are worthy and always always have the right to try and communicate around anything that concerns you.

Im so grateful for life.

So grateful for the amazing beautiful souls who bless my life now and helped me learn how to know and be in my truth.

So grateful for the teachers in
my life who reflect to me so i get to practise and learn this lesson more deeply.

Simply grateful for all of life,
the easy, the hard, the pretty, the petty, the ugly, the messy, the neat, the uncontrollable ... all of it.🙏
