What is it, how does it impact us and how can we overcome it?
Join us for an insightful discussion on how stereotypes limit us as individuals and society at large. It affects both young and old so all ages welcome.

One of the guest speakers is Mary Jane Roy, a Stress & Resilience Expert and Advocate for thriving, INclusive & INtergenerational workspaces. She addresses what Ageism is, how it affects both young and old and why it is an important topic.
Berit Lewis, CEO of Thriving Life, which offers talks, courses and workshops in healthy mental living will also contribute her expertise on the topic. She will discuss how mindfulness can help us embrace our age, based on research she has done in collaboration with Leiden Academy for Vitality and Ageing.
Lastly, I will contribute natural health tips to combat the emotional experiences related to Ageism such as low self confidence, perfectionism and procrastination.
