HAM 'N EGGS BRUNCH BRAID

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup milk
8 eggs, divided
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash ground black pepper
1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
2 tablespoons sliced green onions with tops
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
2 packages (8 ounces each) refrigerated crescent rolls
1/4 pound thinly sliced deli ham
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 375º F. Place cream cheese and milk in Classic Batter Bowl. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Whisk until smooth using Stainless Whisk. Separate 1 egg using Egg Separator; reserve egg white. Add the yolk and remaining 7 eggs, salt and black pepper to Batter Bowl; whisk to combine.

Chop bell pepper using Food Chopper. Add bell pepper and onions to egg mixture. Melt butter in Executive (10-in.) Saute Pan (do not use stainless cookware) over medium-low heat. Add egg mixture; cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are set but still moist. Remove pan from heat.

Unroll 1 package of crescent dough; do not separate. Arrange longest side of dough across width of Rectangle Stone. Repeat with remaining package of dough. Using Baker's Roller®, roll dough to seal perforations. On longest sides of Baking Stone, cut dough into strips 1 1/2 inches apart, 3 inches deep using Paring Knife (there will be 6 inches in the center for the filling). Arrange ham evenly over middle of dough. Spoon eggs over ham. Shred cheddar cheese over eggs using Rotary Grater.

To braid, lift strips of dough across filling to meet in center, twisting each strip one turn. Continue alternating strips to form a braid. Brush lightly beaten egg white over dough using Chef's Silicone Basting Brush. Bake 25-28 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cut into slices with Slice ‘N Serve®.

Frensh Onion Dip Sliders

INGREDIENTS
Pot Roast
1 tbsp (15 mL) oil
1 beef chuck roast (about 3 lbs./1.4 kg)
2 tbsp (15mL) French Onion Dip Mix or 1 oz. (30 g) Onion Dip & Soup Mix
1 large onion, sliced
1 cup (250 mL) beef broth
2 tbsp (30 mL) Worcestershire sauce
Horseradish Sauce
½ cup (125 mL) sour cream
3 tbsp (45 mL) prepared horseradish
2 tbsp (30 mL) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (30 mL) white wine vinegar
2 tsp (10 mL) sugar
½ tsp (2 mL) salt
Sliders
12 prezel slider rolls or mini French rolls
6 slices Havarti or Swiss cheese, cut into quarters
DIRECTIONS
Heat the oil in the Rockcrok® Dutch Oven over medium-high heat for 3–4 minutes.
Coat the roast with the dip mix on all sides. Sear the roast until well browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
Add the onion, Worcestershire sauce, and broth. Cover and transfer to the Rockcrok® Digital Slow Cooker Stand and set to LOW for 8 hours. Cook until the beef is fork-tender and shreds easily.
Meanwhile, whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
When the timer is up, shred the beef in the pot.
To serve, place 2 squares of cheese on each of the bottom buns. Top with pot roast, onions, and a drizzle of the sauce. Serve with a side of the juice for dipping, if you’d like.

Cook's Tips:
This is great served over mashed potatoes, polenta, or egg noodles, too!

To make larger portions, use hamburger buns. Toast the inside of the buns, so they hold up to the juicy meat.

Depending on the thickness of your roast, your meat may be done sooner. To see if it’s ready, try shredding it with a fork. If it shreds easily, it’s done, and you can switch the stand to WARM until you're ready to serve. If the meat doesn't shred easily, it needs a little more time. Replace the lid and keep cooking.

3 tbsp (45 mL) butter, melted
3 tbsp (45 mL) all-purpose flour
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 cup (250 mL) 2% milk
2½ oz. (75 g) Parmesan cheese, grated (about ⅔ cup/150 mL)
8 oz. (250 g) deli ham, diced
½ tsp (2 mL) black pepper
1 bag (16 oz./450 g) frozen cheese-filled tortellini
1 can (14.5 oz./411 g) chicken broth
1 bag (6 oz./175 g) fresh baby spinach leaves
DIRECTIONS
Combine the butter and the flour in the Classic Batter Bowl; whisk until smooth. Add the garlic and milk to the butter mixture; whisk well. Microwave, covered, for 3-4 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 60 seconds. Add the cheese and whisk until smooth. Add the ham and the black pepper to the batter bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Combine the tortellini and broth in the Deep Covered Baker. Microwave, covered, for 12-15 minutes, or until the tortellini is tender, stirring every 4-5 minutes. Add the cheese sauce to baker; mix well. Microwave, covered, for 2-3 minutes or until heated through. Stir in the spinach; cover and let stand for 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted.

SNACKING MADE SIMPLE

INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp (15 mL) butter
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp (15 mL) milk
½ tsp (2 mL) vanilla extract
3 tbsp (45 mL) flour
2 tbsp (30 mL) sugar
¼ tsp (1 mL) baking powder
2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh or frozen blueberries
1 tsp (5 mL) lemon zest
DIRECTIONS
Place the butter in the Ceramic Egg Cooker and microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 15–30 seconds, or until melted.

Add the egg yolk, milk, and vanilla extract and stir to combine.

Next add the flour, sugar, and baking powder and mix until the ingredients are incorporated. Fold in the blueberries and lemon zest.

Microwave, uncovered, on HIGH for 1 minute or until the top of the muffin springs back when touched. If underdone, microwave for additional intervals of 15 seconds. Eat the muffin directly from the cooker, or run the releasing end of the Cake Tester & Releaser around the outer edges and invert onto a plate.

INGREDIENTS
2 eggs (or 4 egg whites)
2 tbsp (30 mL) milk or water
⅛ tsp (0.5 mL) salt
¼ cup (50 mL) of your favorite stir-ins (see Cook’s Tip)
1 tbsp (15 mL) grated cheese of your choice
DIRECTIONS
Place the eggs, water, and salt in the Ceramic Egg Cooker. Top with the lid and cover the vent hole with a finger and shake ten times to combine.

Stir in the remaining ingredients.

Cover and microwave on HIGH for 1 minute and then stir around the edges and bottom of the cooker. Continue to cook in 20 second intervals until the eggs are cooked through on the sides and bottom. Either eat directly from the cooker or run the releasing end of the Cake Tester & Releaser around the outer edges and invert onto a plate.
