Back at home after 4 weeks playing away.
Today the blues played some decent football first half but it was equally match by Lindley moor. At half time with the game still goalless we knew it was going to take something magic to unlock this solid defense! Up steps Alfie with what was a goal that was deserved and due to get us going. It was then tightly contested until the final whistle
After the game all coaches players and parents said it was one of the best games to watch and be involved in ad it was so close and end to end with chances.

Shelf started off fast 1 nil up in first minute super finish from jj then end of second quarter shelf found them selves 3-1 down 3rd quarter full of action shelf scoring at ease to bring it bk to 4-4 then shelf get there just rewards in last quarter dealing a sucker punch to honly has shelf went on to get a graet hard fought result shelf hit the bar twice and had 3 cleared of the line really unlucky at times but credit to to honly who kept going and played some lovly football we played them twice last season and won comfortably but we got moved up leaugues there stayed in same league but have come up to our leaugue after some great results this season and looked much improved thanks honly for a cracking game of football another nail biter of a game

Shelf yellows played at westwood against a strong Bradford all stars side. Shelf started off a bit slow as we have done for the past couple of weeks. After first quarter we changed our keeper as callum didn't feel 2 great. We conceded some sloppy goals but some goals and passing saw us get back into the match slowly.
We always push the last quarter and always play better then. The kids show some good effort when it doesn't go there way to battle through.

Shelf played the best I have seen them play in a long time, first to every ball, winning every battle and it showed on the pitch when we took the early lead.

One of our u7s Roman was involved in a serious accident yesterday and had to be airlifted to hospital.
