With Gel-related allergies on the rise, the importance of education around easily accessible but potentially dangerous nail products is still a concern.

While TikToks and Instagram reels can make it looks easy- there is a reason why so many people still choose to go to professional nail technicians in order to get their nails done.

However it may not suit everybody's budget to get their nails done monthly- or maybe you're the creative that wants to give it a try.

This 3 hour 1:1 session is guaranteed to give you the confidence to attempt your own BIAB nails at home. With the option of accessible yet professional products that you yourself can continue to top up, this course outlines the following to ensure your safety and health is taken into an account whilst doing your nails at home.

- Basic nail anatomy education: and a full outline of how your nails currently are, concerns that may surround your nails (such as nail biting, tough cuticles or hangnails) and recommended products that will help get your nails to where you want.
- Nail maintenance and nail aftercare : a discussion based on recommended shapes and lengths as to which you can obtain using BIAB products. A reminder that ALL shapes and lengths are not always obtainable with every nail type.
- Nail manicure and preparation : using accessible tools and hand files to avoid over filing and damage to the natural nails.
- BIAB application and refill techniques : How to apply BIAB to YOUR nail bed. A reminder: Not all BIAB application techniques suit every nail bed. How to avoid "bulky" nails and how to refill BIAB without a nail drill.
- Education on buying products and safety: What products to avoid, how to read ingredient lists and safety equipment needed during your at home treatment.
