Online Live Yoga: Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Forrest Yoga We dynamiyally work on meridian lines and the flow of energy in the body.

Ma Shiva Yoga is a new creative yoga flow, that consists of Prana Flow, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga elements. The flow is active, yet cools down with Yin Yoga postures to improve your mental and physical wellbeing. Apart from the Yoga asanas, each class includes a meditation practice, pranayama (breathwork) and kriyas (cleansing teachniques). The classes leave you feeling well rested and energised to go out into the world with presence and open mindedness! I look forward to meeting you!

Das ist er nun, mein erster Muttertag! 🙌 - ein Monat nachdem unsere kleine Tochter Alea geboren wurde. Ich schaue zurück auf diese großartige Schwangerschaft und die unkomplizierten Geburt unseres gesunden Kindes und bin einfach nur eines: DANKBAR. Mehr denn je verstehe ich, dass dieses Geschenk nicht selbstverständlich ist. Daher möchte ich unterstützen, die sich zur Aufgabe gemacht haben, Schwangerschaften und Geburten für Mütter weltweit mit dem medizinisch notwendigen zu versorgen. Yoga is more than just beautiful postures. It’s a philosophy and a way of life!

I teach Yoga that allows you to shift your attention from numerous outside impulses to your INNER BODY, connecting you to your BREATH and your AWARENESS. When we bring our attention to the inner body and our breath, we can immediately connect to higher consciousness. That’s the essence of Asana, Meditation and Pranayama. Along the way of practicing yoga we can heal mind and body trauma.

It is my believe that we practice yoga not to become better at Yoga - but to become better at LIVING.

My teaching styles and training ranges from Vinyasa Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Prana Flow, Yin Yoga and Meridian Yoga to FRC (functional range conditioning) and mobility training for athletes and condition based Yoga and Yoga for injuries. Moreover, I do energetic healing work through techniques like Reiki and Sat Nam Rasayan. I give workshops and lectures (Satsangs) about vedic philosophy and guide meditations and Kriyas (cleansing teachniques). I am a 800+ hrs trained and experience yoga teacher, registered with the International Yoga Alliance.
