Friendly reminder if you are a broker doing business in ERCOT:
In 2019, the broker registration rules were implemented in ERCOT. The registration expires after three years and requires a renewal. If you are TEPA member, you should have received an email from me with more information. If you need more information, head over the PUCT Website.
