Yesterday I received an offer for one of my listings and there were several mistakes on the contract!! Mistakes, that could easily cost the buyer their escrow deposit. Neither my seller or I would ever take advantage of anyone but not all realtors are equal.
Please be very careful when you hire a realtor. Just because someone has a license doesn’t necessarily mean that they known what they are doing. Educate yourself before signing any documents. Ask all the questions you have before agreeing to something you’re not sure of. Whether you’re selling or buying property talk to more than one realtor and compare them.
Please, please, please do your research and hire a professional that has experience and knows what they’re doing. I am sure you don’t want to give away your hard earned money. I’m always here to help if you have any real estate related questions.
